• Question: what effect do you think you would have on diseases like cancer

      I’m currently trying to find ways of helping the immune system make stronger responses to cancer. Our best chance of properly curing cancer is to get the immune system to attack it. This should happen in cancer but doesn’t and the cancer cells can survive. If we can help the immune system recognise it, we might be able to let it kill the tumour without needing a patient to stay on medications.
